摘要
目的:了解卡介菌多糖核酸(BCG-PSN)对婴幼儿反复呼吸道感染的防治效果及免疫功能的影响。方法:使用卡介菌多糖核酸注射液肌肉注射。3岁以下每周2次,3岁以上每周3次,每次0.5mg(1ml),3个月为1疗程。结果:本组2岁以上80例反复呼吸道感染的婴幼儿,应用 BCG-PSN1疗程后,67例感染次数明显减少或减少,感染时间缩短,病情减轻。血清免疫球蛋白,T细胞、B细胞总数及CD3、CD4细胞,CD4/CD8细胞比值均较治疗前明显上升,淋巴细胞转化率提高。结论:卡介菌多糖核酸对婴幼儿反复呼吸道感染有良好的较持久的防治作用,尤其以反复上呼吸感染或支气管炎不伴哮喘者效果最佳。
Objective: Know about the effect of prevention and cure to infant's repeating respiratory tract Infection(RRI)as well as its influence on immune function with Bacill Calmette Guerin polysaccharide nucleic acid(BCG - PSN). Method: Using BCG - PSN in-jection to inject muscle. To infant who suffers from RRI: inject two times every week under three year old, while three times every week over three year old. The dosage is 0. 5 mg( 1 ml)every time. Three months shall be necessary per period of treatment. Result: After using BCG - PSN for one period of treatment, among 80 cases of infants all over two year old who suffer from RRI, 67 of them are obviously reduced in infectious frequeney or shorten in infectious time and lighten in illness. As a result, its efficiency is of 83. 75% . And of mostly, preventive effect can be kept up over one year. After usage of this medicine, blood serum immunoglobulin, sum of T cells, B cells; CD) cells, CD4 cells and CD4/CDs cells ratio are all increased obviously than that of before treatment. At the same time, lymph cell' s invert ratio be increased and it has obviously changed through t inspection. Conclusion: This information shows that BCG - PSN has favorable and longer effect of prevention and cure to infant's RRI. Especially, the effect will be best to infant who suffers from repeating upper respiratory tract infection or bronchitis without accompanying of asthma.
