摘要
KH180-3履带式起重机的起重臂为钢管桁架结构,焊接接头多为相贯线形式,通过试验,成功地采用富氩混合气体保护焊进行焊接,满足了焊缝的质量要求。
The tubular girder structure is used as a lifting arm for KH180-3 caterpillar crane. The joints of structure are designed in T, K and Y forms of tubular connections for the girder. Through experimental study, The GMAW Process with rich argon gas mixture has been applied to weld the joints of girder structure successfully and good quality of steel structure is obtained. The quality of girder structure fulfills the requirement of relevant criterion.
