摘要
对我院２５０例经手术病理证实为胆脂瘤型慢性化脓性中耳炎的Ｘ线检查作了回顾性比较分析，结果显示：联合使用劳氏位及梅氏位摄片对胆脂瘤型中耳炎术前Ｘ线诊断有较大实用价值，术前Ｘ线诊断符合率达７０．６％。并认为乳突的气化类型、胆脂瘤的发生部位、生长方式、大小及病史长短是影响术前Ｘ线诊断的主要因素。
A retrospective comparative analysis of X-ray films of chronic suppurative otitis mediawith cholesteatoma in two hundred and fifty patients being operated in our department andconfirmed pathologically was made, The results showedthat X-ray films of Law’s positioncombined with Mayer’s position were of fairly practical value in preoperative diagnosis ofchronic otitis media with cholesteatoma. 70.6%were diagnosed exactly by X-ray films beforeoperation. It is suggested that the type of pneumatization of the mastoid,the location,size andexpension of the cholesteatoma and the history of the disease are the main factors effectingpreoperative X-rey diagnosis.
