摘要
本文对６６例颞下颌关节紊乱综合征（ＴＭＪＤＳ）患者夹板治疗进行了观察，其中Ⅰ型（功能紊乱）５例中显效５例；Ⅱ型（结构紊乱）５７例中显效１５例，有效４１例，无效１列；Ⅲ型（器质损害）４例中有效４例。并对夹板的作用机理、适应症及制作要点进行了讨论。
cases with temporomandibular joint dysfunction syndrome(TMJDS)treated by oc-clusal splint are reviewed and reported in this paper.The results are excellent.The effectiverates are:5/5 in type Ⅰ of TMJDS, 56/57 in type Ⅱ, and 4/4 in type Ⅲ. The indications ofapplication of these splints, the action mechanism and the key poits for fabrication are dis-cussed,too。
