摘要
应用纯结核菌素试验（ＰＰＤ）筛检江西医学院９１级新生的结核感染情况，并探讨其性别、年龄及城乡籍不同的差异。应检人数４９９名，实检人数４８４名，受检率达９６．９９％；试验反应阴性率４２．７７％，阳性率４３．６０％，强阳性率１３．６３％；在受检总人数中肺结核病的检出素为４．１３‰；强阳性反应学生中肺结核病的检出率为３０．３‰。表明ＰＰＤ对结核感染具筛检作用，且能提高Ｘ线诊断率和及时筛检出卡介苗补种对象。提示大学新生的卡介苗（ＢＣＧ）接种工作不容忽视。
Tuberculosis infection was screened by PPD-test in the new students of Class 1991 atjiangxi Medical College. Of the four hundred and ninety nine students,484 were examined,with an inspection rate of 96.66%.The test proved to be 42.77%negative 43.60%positiveand 13.63%strongly positive,The detected rate of pulmonary tuberculosis was 4.13‰ ofthe total number of students examined and 30.3‰of the strongly positive students. Theseresults showed that by PPD-test,not only tuberculosis infection can be screened but also theradiologic diagnostic accordance rate can be raised and objects necessary to receive re-inocula-tion can be found.The difference in sex age and native place of the students examined wasobserved and discussed.It is suggested that BCG inoculation of the newly entered students inthe college should not be ignored.
