摘要
报道心肺功能测定与机械辅助呼吸对８例全肺切除手术患者应用的结果。术前均进行了运动试验，自控呼吸运动试验，血气分析，肺通气功能试验以及心电图测定，评估了心肺功能的储备情况。术后根据心肺功能测定结果针对性地加强心肺系统的监护治疗。结果７例患者痊愈，１例死于术中窒息。提示了该方法对全肺切除手术预后有重要的指导意义，并扩大了全肺切除术适应证的范围。
Cardiopulmonary function test and mechanical auxiliary respiration in eight patients sub-jected to total pneumonectomy are reported in this paper.Exercise test,self-control respira-tion test,blood gas analysis,pulmonary ventilation test and ECG were carried out before op-eration to evaluate the recerved cardiopulmonary function. Mechanical auxiliary respirationand HFJV were used in patients with obvious disorder of cardiopulmonary function after op-eration. As a result,7 patients recovered and 1 died of suffocation during operation. It issuggested that this method is instructive in the prognosis of total pneumonectomy.
