摘要
本文以肝细胞生长素（ＨＧＦ）或联合综合治疗，治疗３１例慢性肝炎患者（治疗组），并与同期非ＨＧＦ综合治疗的４１例慢性肝炎患者（对照组）对照。结果：治疗组近期病死率（１６．１％）明显低于对照组（３９％），Ｐ＜０．０５；其黄疸、恶心呕吐等症状的缓解，血清丙氨酸转移酶（ＡＬＴ）速率的降低及血清甲胎蛋白的增加等方面均优于对照组。两组远期复发率无明显差别，但治疗组慢性活动型肝炎的病情活动频度低于对照组。认为ＨＧＦ具有类似人胎儿肝悬滴液治疗的近期疗效，并在稳定肝功能，减少远期肝病活动等方面有较好效果。
Comparison in the treatment of chronic hepatitis between thirty one patients treated byhepatocyte growth factor(HGF)or with HGF combined treatment and 41 patients treated bynon-HGF combined treatment(the control group).The results showed that the recent fatali-ty rate(16.1%)of the HGF group was significantly lower that of the control group(39%)(P<0.05).Remission symptoms and signs such as jaumdice,nausea,and reduction of rateof ALT and increase of serum AFP in the HGF group were superior to those of the controlgroup.It is suggested that HGF has recent curative effect similar to that of fetal liver sus-pension,as well as fairly good effect on protecting liver function and reducing remote exacer-bation.
