摘要
本文对１００例口腔鳞癌患者术后进行了系统观察，研究术后复发的表现形式和相关因素。结果表明：（１）局部复发的表现分为切除不全复发，种植复发和局部新发癌三种形式。（２）４０～４９岁年龄段；颊、龈、舌部；临床Ｔ４期和浸润型；手术切缘阳性；间质郎格罕氏细胞“＋”级、淋巴细胞与浆细胞浸润“＋～＋＋”级与局部复发有明显关系。（３）复发因素与手术切除能否彻底和避免或消除细胞脱落污染种植有关。并对三种复发形式的易罹因素及判断标准进行了探讨。
The clinical appearence and causative factors of recurrence in onehundred postoperativepatients with oral cancer have been described and analyzed.The main resuIts are:1.Thereare 3 types of reccurrence found clinically,incomplete resection,implantation of cancer cellsand regional fresh carcinoma,2.Patients aged 40～49,lesions located on the bucca,gingivaand tongue,clinical stage T_4 and infiltrative type,positive surgical margin, infiltratingLangerhan’s cells with“+”and lymphocyte and plasma cells with“+～++”are closely relant-ed to recurrence.3.Recurrence is related to whether the operation is radical and kept fromcontamination and implantation of foliated cells during operation. The predisposing factors ineach type of recurrence are analvsed。
