摘要
对我国 10 9级高强度螺栓常用的 2 0MnTiB钢材进行了高温下的材料性能试验。试验得到的数据有 :应力 应变关系曲线、屈服强度、极限强度、弹性模量、延伸率和热膨胀系数。根据试验结果得到了可用于理论分析的 2 0MnTiB钢高温材性模型 ,并将之与其他国家推荐的高温钢材模型进行了比较。本文的研究成果为钢结构高强度螺栓连接的抗火性能分析与抗火设计提供了基础。
This paper reports the results of the experimental studies on high?strength bolts made of 20MnTiB steel at high?temperature. The test data include the stress?strain curve, yield strength, tensile strength, Youngs modulus, elongation and expansion coefficient. A model predicted the property of 20MnTiB steel at elevated temperatures is proposed in the paper. Moreover, a comparison between the model for 20MnTiB steel and other model for general steels is presented. Some conclusions are got from this study. It is the base for the fire?resistant analysis and design of a high?strength bolt connection.
