摘要
用主成分回归紫外光谱法同时测定了B族维生素 4组分 (VB1 ,VB2 ,VB6 和菸酰胺 )混合物 .采用相关系数 -标准偏差法从 4组分混合物 330nm~ 2 10 .5nm范围的紫外光谱中选出 11个波长点 ,压缩了数据规模 ,减少了数据噪声 .用主成分回归法较好地校正了多组分混合物对朗伯 -比尔定律的偏离 ,克服了光谱重叠和多重共线性带来的困难 ,成功地实现了对VB1 ,VB2 ,VB6 和菸酰胺的同时测定 ,回收率分别为 10 0 .4± 1.6,10 1.7± 2 .0 ,10 0 .1± 0 .3和 99.1± 0 .2 ,结果令人满意 .
Simultaneous determination of vitamin B complex containing V B 1 ,V B 2 V B 6 and Nicotinamide(NA) with principal component regression(PCR) and ultraviolet spectroscopy was reported.Eleven representative wavelengths in 330 nm~210.5 nm were selected from the four-components complex by using the method of correlation coefficient-standard deviation.Thus,data dimension and deviation were reduced on a large scale.The PCR efficiently imporved the disadvantage that L-B law did not fit in with multi-componets complex.It solved the problems of spectrum overlap and collinearity,and completed perfectly the simultaneous determination of V B 1 ,V B 2 ,V B 6 and NA.The respective recovery rates of 100.4± 1.6 , 101.7±2.0, 100.1±0.3 and 99.1±0.2 for V B 1 ,V B 2 ,V B 6 and NA respectively were satisfactory results.
