摘要
研究了多组分共聚酯在催化剂存在下的碱处理以及碱处理条件如温度、碱浓度和碱处理时间与纤维减量率的关系 ,同时考察了纤维表面形态 。
The alkaline treatment of modified PET fiber is an important procedure in making mulit component copolyester fiber.In this paper,the reaction mechanism of modified PET hollow fiber with NaOH solution at the presence of catalyst is disscussed and the relations between the treating conditions,such as temperature,time,concentration of NaOH and catalyst and fiber weight loss are formularized. The fiber morphology is observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM). The results show that the fiber weight loss is depended not only on the fiber components,fiber structure but also strongly on the treating condition.The introducing of catalyst during fiber alkaline treatment has many advantages.It could reduce the treating time,decrease the temperature,cut the cost and improve the working condition greatly.
