如何激励和约束经营者对于国有企业的发展至关重要。国有企业实施经营者持股的实践证明了其在国企改革中的作用 。
In China,how to impel and restrain the managers is important to further develop the state own enterprises.This article discussed the function and practice of the stock option for the reform of the state own enterprises.
