摘要
采用80年代国际上新出现的X射线光导摄象管作为X射线图象传感器,并配置了计算机及接口,构成了具有图象处理功能的新型X射线直接成象检测系统。该系统适用于集成元件、电子元件内部缺陷检测,也可用于点焊质量检测。
Modern vidicon come out in the world during eighties has been developed and used as a transducer for converting X-ray image into optical image. Correspondingly, the computer and interface for processing are selected and designed. A new direct X-ray imaging system has been created. The system is intended to inspect integrated circuits, electronic components and the quality of spot welding nuts, as well.
