摘要
用KOH碱液处理储氢合金ZrV0 .5 Mn0 .5 Ni,讨论碱液浓度、温度、浸泡时间对合金活化性能的影响。实验发现 :储氢合金电极的活化性能随碱液浓度增大、温度升高以及浸泡时间的延长得到改善 ,主要由于KOH的强腐蚀性使合金表面由富Zr层转化为富Ni层 ,为氢的吸附离解起到催化作用 ,总结出最佳KOH处理液的实验参数 :6mol/L、80℃、浸泡 2 4h ,在此条件下合金电极循环两周即达最大放电容量。
The effects of concentration,temperature and immersing t ime of KOH solution on activation of ZrV~{*-*)~}0.5~{**~}Mn~{*-*)~}0.5~{**~}Ni hydrogen storage alloy are discussed by using KOH solution to treat this alloy.It's found that th e activation of alloy was improved with increasing the concentration,temperature and immersing time of alkaline solution,the reason is that the Zr-rich surface of alloy was conversed to Nirich surface because of the strong erodent action of alkaline solution,this catalyzes the adsorption and dissociation of hydrogen.At last,the most suitable parameters of alkaline solution treatment are 6mol/L? 80~{!f~}?immersing 24hr.Under these conditions,the maximum discharge capacity of al loy can be reached after two weeks.
