环氧乙烷与CO_2混合熏蒸小麦矮腥黑穗病菌试验 被引量:1

摘要 用环氧乙烷熏蒸矮腥黑穗病麦小型试验表明:在25~35℃下密闭七天,150g/m^3以上剂量未发现矮腥黑穗病菌孢子萌发,120g/m^3有少量孢子萌发.包装病麦,采用聚氯乙烯塑料薄膜六面密封,粮温在28~37℃之间,用环氧乙烷与CO_2(3∶7)混合剂量为150g/m^3以上,并采取安全操作法,是行之有效的,可以作为处理矮腥黑穗病麦的一种措施,有效、安全、实用,并能保持小麦食用品质.混合剂用量200g/m^3,残留量为0.5276mg/kg. The infected wheat by Tilletia contraversa was fumigated with epoxy ethane and the result showed no spore germination of Tilletia contraversa was found at the dosage of more than 150g/m^3, sealing for 7 days at 25-35℃. At dosage of 120g/m^3, a small amount of the spore germed. At 28-37℃, the bagged wheat was sealed in six-Side with PVC film. The mixture of epoxy ethane and CO_2 (3∶7) was used at the dosage of more than 150g/m^3.The mixture was effective to treat the infected wheat. It was safe, practical and could keep edible quality of the wheat. At the dosage of 200g/m^3, the residue was 0.5276mg/kg.
