摘要
结合淮安市社区妇幼卫生服务的需求状况，通过对本地区从事社区妇幼保健服务人力资源的现状进行 调查，结果显示：淮安市所属市（县）区城区专职妇幼保健人员仅占卫技人员总数的１，６５％，且学历层次低、技术职务低 的占绝大多数，目前从事妇幼保健眼务的人力资源远远不能满足社区人群的保健需求。为了更好地为妇女儿童提供全方 位的妇幼保健服务，提出了一些解决问题的具体措施。
Combination with quarter MCH service demand situation of Huai'an city, to investigate quarter MCH service manpower source present situation. The results indicated that professional MCH workers were only 1. 65% of the total health technical workers, and most of them were low record, low technical post . In the present time, MCH service manpower source couldn't meet quarter people's health demands fartherly. In the paper, give some concrete measures to solve problems, and provide overall service for maternal and children well.
