摘要
目的 :探讨治疗各类型血管瘤的安全、有效的方法。 方法 :采用高频电灼 ,铜针留置加通直流电以及手术切除三种方法治疗毛细血管瘤 ,海绵状血管瘤 ,蔓状血管瘤及混合性血管瘤 80例。 结果 :一期愈合 6 6例 ,二期愈合 5例 ,好转 6例 ,未愈 3例 ,治愈率达 88%。随诊 6个月至 4年 ,疗效好 ,无复发及严重并发症。 结论 :对婴幼儿血管瘤 ,提倡早发现 ,早治疗 ;治疗血管瘤应根据血管瘤的部位 ,面积大小以及类型选择不同的方法 ;对巨大血管瘤手术治疗是根治性手段 ,术前作充分的准备 。
Objective:In order to find the safety and reliable mothod to cure hemangioma Methods:Using the three kinds of methods, which were high frequency electric burn,staying copper needle with electrifing direct current and operation to treat capillary hemangioma,cavernous hemangioma,racemose hemangioma and mix hemangioma in 80 cases Results:In 80 cases,secondary cure in 5 casrs,6 cases were improved,3 cases were failed.The curative ratio was 88 percent.All the cases are followed in 6 months to 4 years with excellent uesults Conclusion:For baby hemangioma,disccovery and treatment early must be advocated To cure hemangioma,the choice of methods will be based on the part,size and type of hemangioma For huge hemangioma,the radlical operation must be chived.Good preoperation,cerclaging and swelling part during operation will be benefit to improve the successful rate of operation
