摘要
目的 :探讨老年大肠癌围手术期糖尿病的处理。方法 :回顾性分析 1995年 1月— 2 0 0 0年 5月外科治疗的 37例老年大肠癌合并糖尿病患者。结果 :37例患者均行择期手术 ,无手术死亡。术后共发生各类并发症 2 1例次 ,无吻合口疼和酮症酸中毒等严重并发症 ,所有病人均安全渡过围手术期。结论
Purpose:To discuss the management of diabetes mellitus in perioperative period of colorectal carcinoma in elderly patients. Methods:From Jan 1995 to May 2000,37 elderly patients of colorectal carcinoma with diabetes mellitus who underwent operations in our hospital were analysed retrospectively. Results:37 cases all underwent elective operations, no operative deaths. The morbidity of postoperative complications were 21 cases, no anastomotic leak and postoperative diabetic ketoacidosis. Conclusions:It is very important to control blood glucose and urine glucose to normal level for elderly patients with coloerctal carcinoma and diabetes mellitus in perioperative period.
