摘要
目的 :研究基因重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子 (rhG CSF ,惠尔血 )对化疗所致的白细胞减少症的疗效。方法 :用rhG CSF治疗 10例恶性肿瘤化疗所致Ⅳ度白细胞减少症。白细胞小于 1.9× 10 9/L或中性粒细胞绝对计数(ANC)小于 0 .9× 10 9/L时开始用rhG CSF 15 0 μg,皮下注射 ,每日 1次 ,等白细胞回升 5 .0× 10 9/L以上或ANC大于2 .5× 10 9/L时停药。结果 :rhG CSF能使化疗后Ⅳ度白细胞减少症患者的白细胞回升至正常范围 ,平均时间为 6 .8天 ,感染发生率为 6 0 % (6 / 10 )。结论 :rhG CSF可有效治疗化疗所致的Ⅳ度白细胞减少症 ,减少感染机会 ,有利于化疗顺利进行。
Purpose:To study the effect of recombinated human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (rhG-CSF,filgrastim) on leukopenia induced by chemotherapy.Methods:Ten cases of leukopenia of grade Ⅳ induced by chemotherapy of malignant tumor were treated with rhG-CSF . When WBC<1.9×109/L or absolute neutrophil count(ANC)<0.9×109/L , rhG-CSF was given 150 μg/day hypodermically;when WBC rose higher than 5.0×109/L or ANC>2.5×109/L, rhG-CSF was stopped.Results:All patients with leukopenia of grade Ⅳ recovered to normal after treatment with rhG-CSF , the average time of usage was 6.8 days. The infection rate was 60%(6/10). Conclusions:Filgrastim is effective in the treatment of leukopenia of grade Ⅳ after chemotherapy, rhG-CSF decreases infection and facilitates chemotherapy.
