摘要
本文从我国房地产业发展现状分析入手 ,提出了解决房地产发展困境的一种金融方法———住房抵押贷款证券化 (MBS) ,并指出了其对于我国房地产业发展的意义。
This paper analyzes the developing situation of the real estates industry,presents one way of finance (Mortgage Backed Securities) which is used to solve the problem in the real estates industry In the end,the meanings of the method concerning the real estates industry in our country is analyzed
