摘要
报道了由乙二醛、丁二酮和多种芳胺反应 ,合成 1,4 二氮丁二烯衍生物的简便、适用的合成路线 .乙二醛与芳胺发生亲核加成反应合成了 1,4 二氮丁二烯衍生物 ,收率为 72 %～ 78% ;丁二酮在CH3COOH催化作用下发生亲核加成反应合成了 1,4 二氮丁二烯衍生物 ,收率为 3 4 %～ 71% ,并用1HNMR谱对其表征 ,反应在乙醇溶剂中进行 .
A modified synthetic route for the 1,4 diazabutadiene derivatives has been reported. The nucleophilic addition reaction of glyoxal with substituted aniline gives 1,4 diazabutadiene derivatives, and the yield is 72%～78%. The nucleophilic addition of 2,3 butanedione with substituted aniline with the catalysis of acetic acid gives 1,4 diazabutadiene derivatives, and the yield is 34%～71%. The structure has been characterized through 1H NMR .
