摘要
基于河流水质系统中各方目标冲突而又模糊的特点 ,建立了河流水质管理的模糊优化模型 .该模型将系统中各方当作独立的个体 ,考虑了各方的目标及其模糊性 ,以“满意度”作为其目标函数 .在河流水体满足一定水质要求的前提下 ,为系统各方的竞争与协调提供了更大的方便和灵活性 ,因此更符合实际情况 .
Based on the characteristics that the objectives of the pollution management agency and dischargers in the river system are conflicting and vague,fuzzy optimization models for water quality management of the river system are developed.All departments in the system are treated as independent individuals which take part in the competition and cooperation with the satisfaction degree as their objective.Such a practice is closer to the reality.The final case study demonstrates the realistic application of the models.
