摘要
简述了三值逻辑电路的研究意义和数学基础理论 ,巧妙地用晶体管分立元件组建三值与非门电路 。
The studying importance and the basic mathematical theory of three possessing logical circuit were presented,and the circuit of three possessing Y N gate with departing units of transistor was constructed,and simulated. It succeed on the electronic work bench(EWB).
