摘要
对铁基一步喷涂粉、二步喷涂粉涂层及喷熔层的比较试验表明,铁基一步喷涂粉涂层组织耐磨性最为优良。其组织中Al_2O_3等氧化物的弥散强化是其耐磨性显著提高的根本原因。
By comparision the resuhs of experiments on one step, two step flame spraying and spraying surfacing layers of iron base powders have shown that the wear resistance among these layers the best one is one step powder spraying. The important reason for wear resistance increasing is dispersion strengthening of Al_2O_3 and other oxides inside the microstructure of layer.
