阳极氧化铝膜中剩余铝柱的二向色性

摘要 在温度较低和阳极化电流密度比较大的条件下制备阳极氧化铝 ,铝未被完全氧化 ,孔与孔之间含有剩余的铝柱 .这些铝柱构成各向异性纳米金属列阵 ,具有二向色性 .利用这一特性 。 Aluminum is anodized at low room temperature with a large current density. The aluminum is only partially oxidized and there is residual aluminum located between pores. These aluminum columns form nano_array and can produce a dichroism. Utilizing this characteristic, we can fabricate micropolarizers in a simple manner.
