摘要
对笼养黑琴鸡(Lyrurus tetrix baikallensis)四季静止代谢率(RMR)的研究结果表明:不同季节,RMR与环境温度(Ta,单位为℃)之间的关系可以用“RMR=a+b,Ta+b2T2a”很好地拟合,且相关系数均达到了显著水平(P<0.05).利用回归关系式求导,可以得到不同季节RMR的极小值(RMRmin)及其相对应的特定温度(ST,单位为℃).黑琴鸡 RMRmin、ST均表现出明显的季节波动,夏季RMRmin最高 4.58 w/kg,分别为春、秋及冬季 RMRmin的 1.35倍、1.29倍和 1.41倍;夏季ST值最高(27.3℃),分别比春、秋及冬季高2.2℃、1.4℃和 4.8℃.黑琴鸡RMR季节变化明显.夏季显著高于其他季节,在 20~30℃条件下春、秋和冬季 RMR差异不显著,而在15℃以下,秋季>春季>冬季.
The resting metabolic rate (RMR ) of caged adult black grouse (Lyrurus tetrix baikallensis)were measured in different seasons. The relationship between RMR and ambient tempera-ture(Ta:℃)can be described well by the equation:RMR=a+b1Ta+b2T2a. In theory we could obtain the minimum RMR(RMRmin)and the respective special temperature (ST)for each season by calculating the derivative of the equation. The black grouse RMRmin and ST fluctuated with seasons obviously. The RMRmin of summer was largest,and it was 1.35-fold of spring's,l. 29-fold of autumn's and 1.41-fold of winter's. The ST also showed the same tendency. The summer ST was highest (27. 3℃) ,and it was 2.2℃ ,1. 4 ℃ ,4. 8℃ higher than that of spring,autumn and winter. On the whole,the RMR of the birds were varied with seasons. The summer RMR of the birds was significantly higher than that of the other seasons. There was no statistically significant difference among the RMR of spring.au-tumn and winter at temperatures ranging from 20℃ to 30℃. But at temperature ranging from 10 ℃to 15℃ ,the autumn RMR was higher than that of spring,and the spring RMR was higher than that of winter.
