摘要
以３，４－二甲基苯胺为母体，以四氯化碳为溶剂，合成了２－硝基－４，５－二甲基苯胺，用正交实验确定了最佳原料配比ｎ（母体）：ｎ（醋酐）：ｎ（硫酸）＝１．００：１．２０：１．１３．产品收率８１％左右，溶剂回收率９５％以上．
Nitro-4, 5-dimethyl aniline was syntheized by taking 3, 4-dimethyl aniline as material, and by taking carbon tetrachloride as solvent. The optimal mole ratio of 3,4-dimethyl aniline to acetic anbydride to sulfuric acid was 1. 00 : 1. 20 1. 13. The yield of product was about 81 % ,and the recov-ery of solvent is over 95%.
