摘要
本文分析了中俄贸易的发展条件 ,世界经济区域集团化和一体化趋势成为中俄贸易发展的外在因素 ,地缘经济因素成为大国关系中首要的具有决定意义的因素 ,不断改善的中俄国家关系 ,建立在地缘政治关系基础上的中俄共同战略利益、俄罗斯实施新东方政策、中俄之间存在结构性互补等成为中俄贸易发展的内在条件 .针对中俄贸易发展条件 ,作者提出了中俄贸易发展对策既要解决三大瓶颈问题 ,提高商品质量 ;又要为中俄经贸关系持续稳定发展 ,提高合作水平 ,寻找新的增长点 ,以发展中国与俄罗斯的区域经贸合作作为中俄经贸关系发展的突破口 .
The article analyzes the Sino-Russia trade development condition; world economic field institution and integration has become the outside factor of Sino-Russia trade development; the neighbourhood economy has been the primary and critical element; the improving relationship between China and Russia, Sino-Russia strategical benefit based upon the neighbourhood political relationship, Russia's adoption of New Oriental Policy, the structural complementarity between China and Russiaetc, have been the inner condition of Sino-Russia trade development. In connection with Sino-Russia trade development, the writer of this article puts forward the countermeasures to solve the three fatal problems on the one hand, to improve the goods quality; on the other hand, to look for the new increasing point for lasting development of Sino-Russia economy and trade, improving the cooperative level, taking the development of Sino-Russia field economy and trade cooperation as the breakthrough of Sino-Russia economy and trade development.
