从研究 Na2 SO4、H2 PO- 3 盐累积和 p H值对中温化学镀镍稳定性的影响出发 ,提出了分段控制 p H值 ,增大 H2 PO- 3
The stability of chemical electroplating for nickel under medium temperature was investigated through the study of pH and cumulative amount of Na 2SO 4 and H 2PO - 3. Through adjustment and control of pH and the augment ation of H 2PO 3 capacity, a method was presented to prolong the life period of chemical electroplating for nickel bath.
