摘要
用插销试验法研究了预热及后热对ZG25CrMnMo低合金高强度铸钢冷裂倾向的影响规律。用光学显微镜和扫描电镜观察了热影响区的组织及断口形貌,并分析其影响因素,其试验结果为焊接工艺的制定提供了理论依据。
Influence of pre-and post-heat treatment on cold cracking sensitivity of ZG25CrMnMo HSLA cast steel has been studied with Implant Testing Method. The structures and fracture characteristics of HAZ were observed using optical and electron scanning microscope respectively. The dominat facton affected cracking tendency were analyzed. In accordance with tinting results the theoretical basis is obtained for proper procedure making.
