高温耐火可塑料在锅炉高温烟道中的应用

摘要 大庆油田热电厂锅炉高温烟道在投产后,在混合室及烟道经常出现裂纹及断裂问题,为完善此系统、消除运行中不安全因素,对此进行改造。锅炉烟道高温段的设计由原外保温改成内保温结构,以达到消除断裂的目的,为同类型机组提供参考。 Crack and breaking often occurred in the mixing chamber and gas duct,since the high temperature gas duct of 670 t/h boiler in Dazing Oil Field Cogeneration Power Plant was put into operation. In order to improve the gas duct system and eliminate the unsafe factors in operation, the gas duct of boiler was retrofitted. The high temperature section of boiler gas duct was converted from using external heat insulation to using internal heat insulation,with the aim eliminating breaking. The retrofitting experience of boilers in Dazing Cogeneration Power Plant provided useful reference for the same type boiler units.
