摘要
以曲线沟槽的磨削加工为目的 ,本文对金属结合剂杯形小直径 CBN砂轮端面磨削沟槽底面时的砂轮自锐 (Self- dressing)过程进行了研究。金属结合剂杯形小直径 CBN砂轮的自锐行为表现为磨粒磨损后的破碎产生新切削刃 ,磨钝磨粒的脱落和砂轮结合剂被磨屑去除产生新磨粒 ,保持了砂轮工作面上磨粒密度的相对稳定 ,维持了砂轮的锋锐性。通过提高砂轮硬度以期减缓磨粒脱落 ,增加单个磨粒的服务期限 ,试验结果表明已加工表面粗糙度 Rz小于 3.5 μm,砂轮磨损减小了 40 % ,磨削过程稳定 。
In order to grind curved grooves, the study on t he self-dressing process of metal bond cup CBN small diameter wheel (cup CBN qu ill) in face grinding grooves bottoms is carried out. The self-dressing behavio rs of metal bond cup CBN quill can be described as follows: The worn CBN grains chip and break, then new edges are produced. The worn grains fall off and in the meantime new grain come out due to bond which is removed by grain chips. The CB N grain density on wheel work surface is kept steady relatively, and CBN wheel s harpness is maintained. By raising up the CBN wheel hardness, slowing down the s peed of grains falling off, the grain service life are lengthened. Experimental results show that the ground surface roughness Rz is less than 3.5μm, wheel wea r is reduced by 40%, grinding process is steady, and better grinding performance is obtained.
