摘要
介绍了镀锌钢板的空气等离子弧切割工艺,并从切口组织、切口直接焊接的可行性、接头的机械性能及耐蚀性等几个方面同氧-乙炔切割进行了比较,证明空气等离子弧切割方法在切割镀锌钢板时比氧-乙炔切割优越。
Air plasma arc cutting process of galvanized steel plate is discussed. In comparison with oxyacetylene flame cutting from structure on the cutting face, possibility of directmakingweld between cutting faces and mechanical properpies crrosion resistance of weld joint, it can be proved that air plasma arc cutting process is much better than oxyacetylene flame cutting process in cutting galvanized steel plates.
