摘要
通过资本市场改造传统银行已成为趋势 ,相比股份制商业银行的上市 ,国有商业银行上市有着更为重要的现实意义。此举不仅有利于国有商业银行自身的改造与发展 ,也有助于进一步完善我国的资本市场 ,并将最终有利于国民经济的健康发展。
It has become a prevalent trend that the traditional banks are reformed with the help of the capital market. Compared with the listing of the shareholding system banks,it has more important practical meanings for the state-owned commercial banks to list.It is not only good for the reinvention and development of the state-owned banks themselves but helpful to further consummate our country's capital market as well.And it is beneficial for the healthful development of the national economy at last.
