摘要
20世纪 90年代以后 ,在全球范围内发生的第五次并购浪潮中 ,跨国公司成功地运用了一种全新的管理模式———供应链管理 ,其中的一些先进思想和方法 ,如横向一体化购并方式 ,有效整合内外部资源 ,核心竞争力的培养 ,战略伙伴的合作机制 ,第三方物流 ,供需关系的重构等 ,值得我国企业在并购与管理模式创新中借鉴。
After nineties of 20 century, in the fifth merger in the world, transnational corporations have successfully applies a new management model, which is supply chain management. In the model there are some advanced ideas and methods, such as horizon merger, effective integration of resources, cultivation of core competence, cooperative mechanism with strategic partners and reorganization of relation between supply and demand. The model is worth learning in corporations' merger and innovation of management model in China.
