摘要
采用喷涂铜合金的两步法工艺 ,用 2 k W- Nd:YAG激光对 Mg- Si C复合材料进行了激光熔覆 ,熔覆后表层的 Cu60 Zn4 0合金与 Mg- Si C基体熔合良好。激光熔覆试样相对腐蚀电动势 Ecorr比未处理提高 3.7倍 ,其相对腐蚀电流密度 icorr低约 2 2倍 ,激光熔覆 Cu60 Zn4 0层可以显著提高 Mg- Si C复合材料的耐蚀性。
Laser cladding on Mg-SiC composite by means of the two step process of spraying copper alloy with the 2kW-Nd:YAG laser was studied The fusion joints between the Cuo60Zn40 alloys and the Mg-SiC bulks were good one after laser cladding. The relative corrosion potential E corr of the laser cladding samples were three point seven times higher than That of the untreated samples,The relative corrosion current density i corr of the laser cladding samples,on the basis that were twenty two times lower than the value of the untreated samples.Laser cladding of Cu60Zn40 layers can increase the corrosion resistance of the Mg-SiC composites significantly.
