摘要
论述了用动态工程观点实施长江口深水整治工程的必要性。从在河口分汊河段上实施整治工程的特点出发， 根据整治工程方案的具体情况提出用动态工程观点实施该工程的总体思路及具体实施意见， 以达到预期的治理效果。
The paper demonstrates the necessity of executing the regulation project of deepwater channel in the Yangtze Estuary in the view of dynamic works.According to the feature of the regulation project,on the bifurcated channel in estuary and based on the specific conditions of executing the regulation project,the overall idea of executing the project in the view of dynamic works and concrete comments for the execution are put forward, for the purpose of achieving the desired regulation effect
