摘要
对起重机械中四连杆机构建立力学及优化设计模型 ,确定相关尺寸和构件相对位置并与传统设计进行比较 ,进一步说明方案选择的合理性。结果表明优化后的结构受力得到明显改善 ,并减轻结构质量。
This paper is about optimum design for four-connecting lever of the tower crane. Its working mechanism was analyzed, and its optimum design model was developed to illustrate the optimum dimension and position of the four-connecting lever. Compared with tradition design method, the selective scheme rationality was varified. The result indicates that the structure's mechanical condition have been improved clearly and structure weight have been lightened.
