摘要 通过对温度的测量探讨了外界温度对汽车排气催化转化器工作效率监控的影响。利用从催化转化器进出口温度传感器获得的原始数据 ,经过一系列的统计分析得到评价催化转化器工作效率的必要信息。随着外界温度的升高 ,催化转化器进出口温度差值呈线性增加 ,催化转化器工作效率提高 ;外界温度对新的催化转化器催化效率增进的影响比旧的催化转化器更强。描述了一种反映上述现象的计算模型 ,利用这种计算模型 ,可以诊断催化转化器工作状况。 The paper investigates the effects of ambient temperature on catalyst efficiency monitoring via temperature measurement.This approach utilizes the raw data obtaind from catalyst outlet-inlet temperature sensors and after a statistical treatment to yields the necessary information about the catalyst of efficiency.An increase in ambient temperature is accompanied with an increase in catalyst average efficiency.The improvement in catalyst efficiency as a result of the ambient temperature effect is stronger for a new catalyst than for an old one.The paper also describes the calculating model that take into account this phenomenon for the diagnostic monitoring of catalyst performance.
