摘要
采用植物油、合成酯和聚 α-烯烃作为可生物降解汽油机油的基础油 ,经过大量试验 ,研究了基础油对清净分散剂、抗氧抗腐剂、极压抗磨剂及粘度指数改进剂等添加剂的感受性及添加剂间的配伍性 ,在此基础上进一步提出了可生物降解 1 5 W/30汽油机油的优化配方 ,并对评定生物降解性的试验方法进行了探索性研究 ,进行了生物降解性对比试验。
The vegetable oil?the ester and poly-α-olefin are chosen as main base oil of biodegradable gasoline engine oil.The sensitive of the base oil to the additives-detergent?disperse?antioxidant?friction modefier?and viscosity index improver,and the compatibility between them are studied by a series of tests.On the base of them,the formulation of 15W/30 gasoline engine oil is prensent.Tentative study on the biodegradation test technique is taken and the biodegradation is evaluated.
