摘要
本文研究了元素Ni、W、Co对真空感应熔炼CuCr2 5合金的耐电压强度的影响。试验结果表明 :Ni的添加可以提高CuCr2 5合金的耐电压强度 ,但是幅度不大 ;元素W主要通过对Cr相进行选择强化 ,同时细化Cr粒子和改变其形态使合金的耐压水平提高 ;而Co也可以对Cr相选择强化 ,所以 ,同时加入W、Co时 。
The dielectric strengths of CuCr25 series alloys are prepared by vacuum induction melting investigated. The experimental results show that the dielectric strength increases slightly with doping with Ni. As the W powders may not be melted and provide crystallization nuclei of Cr phase during solidification, so the morphology of Cr phase is changed from dendrite to nodular grain, meanwhile, the Cr phase is selectively strengthened. Co is also distributed in Cr phase mainly and strengthen Cr particles. When both elements are added simultaneously, the dielectric strength increases further.
