摘要
通过对直线电机驱动带式高速包刷分拣系统PID控制器的设计和应用 ,在为了求得更好的控制特性的情况下 ,提出并设计了应用于该系统的模糊控制器。文中对这两种控制器在该系统中应用的情况作了比较分析 ,指出了直线电机在驱动类似于这种系统的情况下 ,在控制精度要求更高的条件下 ,采用模糊控制将会更适合。
A PID controller is designed and applied to mail machine driven by linear induction motors. To get higher control performance, a fuzzy controller then is made and the performance of the two controllers are compared. A high performance controller is designed according to the traditional fuzzy control design strategy. It can achieve higher velocity control performance than the designed PID controller.
