摘要
汽油机在高原地区运行时,动力性、经济性及排放性能大幅下降。对有特殊功用的某小型汽油机进行了高原恢复功率的研究。主要采取了提高压缩比、改变点火提前角及采用进气脉冲增压技术。从试验中可以看出,该发动机在采用最佳压缩比、最佳点火提前角的前提下,采用进气脉冲增压技术措施可以提高发动机功率、降低排气温度,并可恢复功率50.7%。
The power,economy and emission performance of the gasoline engines are deteriorated remarkably when they are operated on a plateau region.A study on power recovery is performed for a small gasoline engine with special function on plateau.The major technologies used include increasing compression ratio,changing spark advance angle and using intake pulse turbo-charging.The test result shows that the engine power can be increased,exhaust temperature can be reduced and 50.7 %lost power recovered by using the intake pulse turbo-charging technology when the optimum compression ratio and spark advance angle are used.
