摘要
静痛灵胶囊的不同剂量组对化学药物醋酸液刺激小鼠腹腔引起的疼痛有明显镇痛作用，对物理性热板及光热法刺激小鼠体表部位均有显著延长痛阈潜伏期，提高痛阈百分率，其疗效优于对照品头痛片。对象兔脑部左、右侧的脑血流图所示的Ｓ波波幅（Ω），有明显升高效应，说明该药有增强脑血管弹性、舒通与增加双侧脑循环血液灌流量及心肌收缩力。并具有不成瘾的镇痛效应。
The different dosage groups of Jingtongling Capsules possessed strong analgesic action on the ache induced by irritation of acetic acid of chemical drug solution to abdominal cavity of mice,and obviously prolonged the latent period of pain-threshold when the body surface parts of mice were irritated by the physical hot-plate method,and light-heat method,which hightened the percent rate of pain-threshold.Its curative effect is surprior to the control product Toutong Tablets.And Jingtongling Capsules had a significant hightening effect on s-wave rang(Ω)showed by brain-blood flow graph of left and right side brain of rabbits,which indicated thai it could strengthen the Cerebrovascular elasticity,reinforce the blood flow amount of biside brain circulation and the contraction force of cardiac muscle,and possessed an analgesic action without addiction.
