摘要
制订机床夹具的磨损极限是保证产品质量的必要条件。这里基于对零件加工误差的综合分析和误差分配原则,根据车床夹具的结构类型特点,结合生产实践的经验,讨论了车夹具磨损极限值的计算方法,并给出了典型车夹具磨损极限值的计算实例。
It is analysis synthetically of mach ining errors of using clamping appar atus in this paper,and also given a principle of machining e rror distributions.As a example,it is given a typical application examp le of machining errors analysis and error distributions of lathe with clampin g apparatus.
