基于遗传算法的旋转机械转子裂纹识别的研究 被引量:14

摘要 转子裂纹是旋转机械中常见且危险的一种故障,转子裂纹的有效识别和定位也是故障诊断领域一直研究的课题。将转子裂纹的识别作为一反问题,从反问题的求解角度,提出了基于遗传算法的转子裂纹识别策略,该策略的基本思路是借助于有限元分析方法建立裂纹转子的有限元模型,并将转子裂纹识别问题形式化为一优化问题,进而利用遗传算法进行优化求解实现转子裂纹的识别。数值仿真研究表明,所提出的裂纹识别的反问题进化求解策略能以较好的精度和鲁棒性识别转子裂纹,是有效可行的,且适用于更广泛的无损检测和缺陷辨识等应用场合。 Rotor crack is a very dangerous and frequent fault in rotating machine,and crac k detection and location is a always research direction in the field of fault di agnosis.The crack detection as a inverse problem and propose genetic algorithms based rotor crack detection strategy is regarded, which formulates the rotor crack detection as an optimization problem by means of finite element method and utilizes genetic algorithms to search the solution. The numerical experiments suggest that good predictions of the rotor crack locations and configuration are possible and the proposed strategy is feasible. The study also indicates that the proposed method has the potential to solve a wide range of inverse identification problems, such as non.destruction detection and flaw identification, in a systematic and robust way
