摘要
十二指肠乳头旁憩室因其特殊的解剖位置 ,其临床意义已逐渐受到人们的重视。现综合近十年来有关乳头旁憩室的文献 ,对乳头旁憩室的发生机制、临床特点进行探讨 ,并着重讨论乳头旁憩室与一些胆胰疾病的相关关系及其内在机制。认为随着人口的老龄化 ,必须不断地完善乳头旁憩室及其并发症的影像诊断技术 。
The clinical significance of periampullary diverticula(PAD) is becoming acquainted because of its special anatomic location.The literature related to PAD within the past 10 years,its etiology and clinical manifestations,and the relationship between PAD and pancreaticobiliary disease were reviewed in this article.It was concluded that the improvements in radiological techniques should be made to enable these patients to be treated effectively.
