摘要
目的 :观察分析 5 1例甲状腺病变的CT表现 ,探讨CT对鉴别良、恶性病变有价值的征像。方法 :回顾分析经手术病理和实验室证实的 5 1例各种甲状腺病变的CT诊断资料 ,5例平扫 ,46例平扫加增强CT扫描 ,采用薄层扫描 ,多窗宽、多窗位观察。结果 :①局灶型 :甲状腺瘤 13例 ,甲状腺囊肿 1例 ,结节性甲状腺肿 4例 ,甲状腺癌 1例。②弥漫肿大型 :结节性甲状腺肿 11例 ,甲状腺癌 11例 ,桥本氏病 8例 ,Graves病 2例。CT对恶性病变的定性诊断符合率达 94.8% ,对良性病变的定性诊断符合率达 86 %。结论 :CT对甲状腺病变的良、恶性定性诊断具有很高的价值 ,并提出增强CT扫描与超声。
Objective:To study CT appearances of various thyroid diseases,as well as to evaluate CT signs of benign and malignant of thyroid diseases.Methods:CT findings of pathology and laboratory proved various thyroid diseases in 51 patients were analyzed,on plain (n=5) and enhanced CT scan (n=46) using thin slice with different levels and widths.Results:localized type:① including l3 thyroid adenoma; 1 thyroid cyst,4 multinodular goiter and 1 thyroid carcinoma;② diffuse enlargement type:including 11 multinodular goiter, 11 thyroid carcinoma,8 Hashimoto thyroiditis and 2 Graves,diseases.In our materials,the accuracy of CT diagnosis was 94.8% for malignant lesions and 86% for benign lesions.Conclusion:The benign or malignant thyroid diseases could be identified accurately by CT.It was important that combining of enhancement CT? ultrasound? and ECT in diagnosis of thyroid diseases.
