摘要
本文选择了信息作为切入角度 ,探讨了信息不对称以及信息收集过程中的一些特 征 ,给龙头企业的生存和发展带来了一系列的难题。针对这些难题 ,提出 ,应该鼓励龙头 企业兴办合作社来解决它所面对的信息不对称问题 ,通过建设专业化市场、实现专业化生 产以及企业之间的“结网” ,来克服龙头企业在信息收集过程中的低效率。
The leading firms are facing many problems caused by asymmetric information and the character of the information cost. This paper suggests the leading firms to establish cooperation, to form net organization, and to specialize in the production and market activity. All these measures help to solve those problems. This research servers a theoretical base to the government policy.
