摘要
在知识经济时代 ,信息网络发展状况是制约地区经济的重要因素之一 ,本文通过对全国和样本地区信息网络发展状况及其对GDP的相关性分析 ,说明西北五省区信息网络建设的差距明显 ,并制约其经济增长。作者在分析西北五省区信息网络建设滞后的原因之后 ,对未来 5年的发展趋势进行了预测 ,并据此提出发展大西北信息网络的对策。
In the Lage of hnowledge economy,the development situation of infomation network is one of the important factors restraining regional economy. Through an introduction to the conditions of the information networks in the whole country and the model regions, and a correlative analysis of GDP, this paper illustrates that the information network building in the five northwest provinces and autonomous regions falls far behind, which thus restricts their economic growth. Having analyzed the lagging causes, the author does the forecast of the network development trend in five years to come, and puts forward, in line with the forecast, the corresponding counter measures for the network development in the large northwest area.
